Just to inform you that on 18/06/2025 at 3:15 PM, the resident at Glen street left their bin out on the road. This created a hazard for drivers trying to park and blocked access for other road users.

Please could this be looked into, and a letter sent to remind the resident that this is not acceptable.-11 Glen Street, Leicester, LE4 6NN

Tree needs trimming. I have reported this issue several
times since December 2024. The black patch was fixed by Thames Water ana you closed this report on 4th April 2025. However, not only that parchment is still visible but the main issues that entail a hazard for passers-by (bumpy surface, broken tarmac) have not been fixed at all. Moreover, there are several graffiti on the tarmac that have not been removed either. They have been there since November 2024!
